Window 7 did not Load since after Changing the Workgroup and Format to the Unallocated Partition !

Question to troubleshoot Window 7 which is Not Booting UP while Freshly Install in a New Sata HDD.

The 320.00 GB Hard Disk contain 3 partition in which C Drive with Window 7. Space 50 GB

D Drive – 50GB (Files and Data)

E Drive – 70 GB (Blank)

100 MB Reserved containing System Files.

Unallocated Space – 150 GB.

Now here we goes in trouble, during this Operation: “

I did Partition in Unallocated space to create 80 GB Drive.

Got a message Format the Partition will erase and affect Operating system. I clicked OK.

After then, I also change the Workgroup, to Homegroup, in windows settings.

It ask to Restart Your PC. So I did. But surprisingly window did not load, only cursor is blinking.

I tried again after shutting it down. But it fails to load. “

I then tried System Recovery using Installation Disk.

Tried System Recovery Option. As given in Microsoft Forum for Bootrec and Bcdedit tools in Command Prompt.

One thing to NOTICE , during BCDEDIT /RebuildBcd

it shows Window installation : 0

DOES IT MEANS NO WINDOW Install??

Whereas, I can find out during Command prompt, C Drive still contains Windows Files, along with Bootmgr and other system files.

I am stuck now, as all solutions known to me fails.

Let me know if I can do anything else without going to reinstall Windows in this situation.

Any suggestion at the earliest will help me lot to fix it Out.
